Abstract

 To engage in Shari 'a science for the sake of science, the Shari' a people agreed that Shari 'a science is the best and most remunerated science in Allah on the day of the doomsday. The doctrine of religion is one of the most important duties and the supervision of science. It is one of the emirates of reconciliation from Allah to the slave. hence the importance of jurisprudence, among other things, of the fruits. and that it helps to form or refine the Queen's jurisprudence, and to realize the resources of the street in his incoming speeches and the colleges that avoid them and applying them to fragmented and fragmented parts of all parts of jurisprudence, where they are able to distinguish the right to any offence to which they are subjected; The science of jurisprudence is an exalted science of great magnitude that will benefit the wider, high honour and pride with the eyes of the flags, decorated with the sneezes of the understanders, and envisioned by his first eyes the end and dreams; It is the rule of judgment, the separation between halal and haram, and by which the interests of the sleep are fulfilled, it is indispensable to every industrious jurist, and it is not desired by every professed world; Because it is the Mayor in diligence, the rule that has to be based and certified, and the origin to which all material belongs, so my choice fell on the rule: (certainty does not come to doubt) and its applications at the son of Ruslan El Shafei (844 E) in his book Explaining Sunn Abi Dawud to be Annan my research.wud, to be the focus of my research.
