Abstract

Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the most honorable of the prophets and messengers, and upon all his family and companions.This research examines the rule: (no harm, no harm) mentioned by Imam Al-Damiri - may God Almighty have mercy on him - in his book Al-Najm Al-Wahaj in Explaining Al-Minhaj, an applied study, where the research included an introduction and documentation of the rule and four sections. Imam al-Damiri al-Qaida, and the formulas that were famous on the tongues of jurists, and the first topic: it included an explanation of the rule, and the second topic: it included the evidence on the rule, and the third topic: it included the applied study of the rule, and the fourth topic: it included the sub-rules related to the rule, and as for the conclusion It included the most important results that I reached during the research, and praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds.
