To the dean of the college and the editor-in-chief of its magazine.

Prof.Dr. Hatem Abdullah Shoish, Respected

I am pleased to put in the hands of the specialized reader the first issue, a semi-annual scientific journal published by the Faculty of Islamic Sciences/University of Fallujah, seeking to make it a pure tributary and a fresh spring pouring into the sea of science so that its lovers can get rid of it and to be a habitat to accommodate society with its rapid conditions and human problems in general and legitimacy in particular.

This magazine dissociates itself from trends outside of sober academic scientific research and looks forward to receiving research discussing the issues of the Islamic world in order to reach a word whether and an objective separation based on the basics of sober research and the ethics of dialogue that are bright in form and content in an atmosphere of freedom of thought and openness to different points of view and diverse stripes, and rejects attempts to offend any party, personality or institution and excludes opinions devoid of compelling evidence and clear proof.

Our magazine opens its doors to scholars, jurists, researchers and those interested in matters of Islam individually or compared to other religions, sects and ideas Iraqi, Arab and Islamic, and allows researchers who are opposed to debate and argue that is better between Islamic or non-Islamic doctrines in a spirit of humanity far from intolerance and a minor view and in accordance with the strict scientific publishing controls.

The magazine is keen to communicate constantly with professors recognized for their competence, seriousness and creativity and welcomes creative pens from all over the globe to share experiences and improve the research provided for publication in a kind before quantity.

Finally, I thank the editorial staff members who weigh in on the knowledge and academic milieus from different countries and universities, and thank all those who contributed to the production of this young magazine with its history, which is long-standing with its ambition for the light of science and the facts of knowledge of staff, administrators and auditors, and to judge that fair reader and diligent follower.

I conclude with a sincere thanks to The President of Fallujah University (Prof.Dr. Sabah Ibrahim Al-Mohammadi) and mr. Assistant President for Scientific Affairs (Prof.Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad), who is respected for their determined efforts and generous care, peace and mercy of God.
