This is the first volume of the second year of the Journal of the Researcher for Islamic Sciences, and it began with a scientific breadth, cultural integration, and diversity of researchers’ backgrounds and academic backgrounds. And various ideas, as well as varying levels of researchers, between veteran and novice, who found in them a platform that accommodates all cultures, with a conscious choice of the most scientific and societal, to fill gaps and heal questions from the old and the new alike.I also sensed in this issue a clear communication with professors of a high degree of specialization and accuracy in arbitration from inside and outside Iraq, and they did not delay in showing cooperation and dazzling scientific generosity. Exalted be He, and in this there is an extension and derivation between our young magazine and the prestigious international magazines.
