The name: Researcher Journal For Islamic Sciences
Keywords: researcher, science, Islamic.
It is: (a semi-annual refereed scientific journal, issued by the College of Islamic Sciences - University of Fallujah), to publish scientific and academic research specializing in Islamic Sharia sciences and the Arabic language. It is published in it after scientifically evaluating the research by accredited experts who are recognized for their scientific competence in their precise fields of specialization. The journal does not publish research in which the known scientific research methodology is not available. It also obliges the researcher to take the notes received about his research that are determined by the resident experts.
The following are the rules for publishing in the Journal :
First: Conditions for Scientific Publication:
1. The journal is specialized in publishing solid research, and it does not publish any research previously published or accepted for publication in another journal, or participation in a scientific conference.
2. Every research published in the journal is owned by the journal , and no other party may re-publish it or publish a translation of it in a book, newspaper or periodical without the written approval of the editor-in-chief.
3. The authors of the research are informed of the decision to accept it or not after submitting it to arbitrators who are qualified in the field, chosen by the editorial board of the journal in secret, within a period of fifteen days, and not exceeding (60) days from the date of receiving the research.
4. The journal undertakes to preserve the intellectual rights of researchers as stipulated by the laws in force in Iraq.
5. The research expresses the opinion of the researcher and does not express the opinion of the journal.
6. The research summary should not exceed (250) words and it must fit perfectly with the content and results of the research in a short and adequate manner.
7. The journal is not obligated to return research to its owners, whether published or not.
8. The researcher shall bear the full legal, ethical and social responsibility in the event that an aberration appears above the specified percentage, or an unsigned quotation or transfer from the Internet sites, and the submission of ready-made research from them.
9. The research is subject to an electronic retrieval examination through the (TURNITIN) program, provided that the percentage of robbery in the search does not exceed (20%), and according to the instructions in force in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education.
10. The journal reserves the right to publish the research according to the editorial board's plan.
11. In the event that there are additions or modifications to the research proposed by the arbitrators, the research shall be returned to its owners, to make the required modifications or additions before publication, and the researcher is obliged to make the modifications for a period not exceeding one month.
12. It is sufficient to submit the research electronically without sending it on paper through the official website of the journal (https://www.uofrjis.net).
13. Researches that contravene the well-known rules and conditions of publication set forth below, shall not be considered and shall not be returned to their authors.
14. The research is accepted, provided that its pages are not less than (15) pages, and not more than (50) pages.
Second: Technical Publication Conditions:
1- The research, according to a prepared form and announced on the website, must contain the following information:
• Research title: in both Arabic and English (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 20).
• Name of the researcher: in both Arabic and English (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 14).
• The affiliation body is in both Arabic and English (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, and size 12).
• The researchers' email, preferably the official one, which represents the affiliation party - if any -, font type Traditional Arabic, bold, and size 12).
• The researchers' phone, and the first researcher's phone can suffice. (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 12).
• Summary of the research in both Arabic and English (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 12).
• Keywords: in both Arabic and English (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 12).
• Then the introduction, then the investigations or demands, then the conclusion, then the sources and references are proven.
2- Paper edge 2 cm on each side.
3- The main headings (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 16) after the right footnote.
4- Subtitles (Traditional Arabic font, size 16) after the main titles.
5- The body of the research (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 14) and the space between the lines is single.
6- Margins (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, size 12) and single spacing.
7- The margins method is written sequentially for each page at the bottom of the page, starting with the sequence and ending with the last sequence of the page.
8- It is sufficient to mention the source with the author in the margins, without writing the card; Excluding a list of sources and references.
9- List the sources and references arranged according to the alphabet or the alphabet (Traditional Arabic font type, bold, and size 12).
10- The Qur’anic verses are written in a problem according to what is in the Holy Qur’an, and according to the narration of Hafs on the authority of Asim, unless it is specific to the Qur’anic readings, so the researcher may choose one of the readings that suits his scientific research.

Third: Publication Fees:
1- An amount of (100,000) thousand Iraqi dinars shall be taken from researchers for those inside the country, and (100 dollars) for those outside the country for the first twenty-five pages.
2- An amount of (3000) three thousand Iraqi dinars is added for each page in excess of (25) pages, up to (50) pages exclusively.
3- An advance amount deposited in the journal’s account of (100,000) thousand Iraqi dinars is received for those inside the country, and (100 dollars) for those outside the country as insurances from each researcher, or sent to the MasterCard number (........). ...................).
4- In the event the research is rejected, the remaining amount will be returned to the researcher after deducting the real wages (such as deductions, website fees, and other official matters).
Reasons for taking research fees:
The journal is not profitable or commercial. Rather, it is concerned with publishing scientific research in order to serve the educational process and academic researchers. For many reasons, the journal has taken upon itself some wages, the most important of which are:
1. Those working on the issue of the journal are specialized and prestigious staff, editors, coordinators, and so on.
2. Website subscription fees.
3. Issuance of the magazine by an official accredited body, compared to the prices of other magazines issued by unknown institutions.
4. The scientific journal obtained the correct (ISSN) number, which means that it is an accredited and indexed journal, which is = ISSN: 2708-4000, and the deposit number in the House of Books and Documents in Baghdad is (2446) for the year 2020.
