Driving Speed Effecting Society And Its Impacts In Islamic Jurisprudence

Abstract

This research studies the speed in driving، its impact on society and its effects in Islamic jurisprudence in a comparative jurisprudence study. It is one of the most important subjects that preserve human life and protect it from harm. In this research I studied the impact of speed in the driving in terms of its association with Islamic jurisprudence. It consists of three topics: first one deals with definition of speed and the urging of slowing down. Second one is concerned with the loss of not committing to slow down in driving its causes. Third one deals with the provision to comply with traffic regulations and includes the violations. I explained the importance of human life and the need to abide by the traffic laws in order to be safe from danger.
