Abstract

Sexual weakness still threatens the stability of the family، and represents an imminent danger to the continuation of marital happiness، therefore there must be a way to treat this pathological، case, so people of modern medicine discovered an effective way to treat sexual pathology، and this method is the prosthetic medical device. It is currently used by many men in the world. It is a device that is placed in the penis، through a surgical operation، which is performed on a person who suffers from weak or lack of erection، and after the operation، the person is able to achieve a solid erection immediately and practice intercourse with it .

We concluded that implanting the prosthetic medical device in the male for erection or performing a surgical operation that leads to this purpose، there is no legal objection to medication in this way، in order to preserve the entity of that family، and for wife to enjoy her legitimate marital rights. Indeed، this is one of her rights confirmed; In addition to the fact that the preservation of offspring is one of the purposes of Islamic law، but provided that there is no alternative that is less harmful than implanting this device through a surgical operation. That intercourse with this device takes the ruling of the original male، and the effects of the original male result from it. Because the male name still applies to him.
