The Method of Ibn Kamal Basha Al-Hanafi In Quotation From Other Jurisprudential Schools

Abstract

Ibn Kamal Basha (Allah Blessed him) depended In his book "Idhah Fi Sharh ALIslah"، on the quotations from the other schools، in particular، the most famous sayings. Basically، he quoted from AlShafi’i School among the other schools. He  quoted AlShafi’i School’s sayings in all of his book’s chapters. Ibn Kamal Basha also quoted slightly from other schools. He quoted from AlHanbali School at only four positions. As for this research، it is clear that Ibn Kamal Basha quoted quotations from all other schools.
