Abstract

This is a book "Al'Arbaeun Fi Latayif Alnabii - May Allah Bless Him And Grant Him Peace- Wa-Muzahih"، (The Forty in the kindness and joking of the Prophet ) by Issam Al-Din Abi Al-Khair Ahmad Ibn Mustafa، known as "Tash Kubri Zadeh" (D.968 AH). It's subject is about: Hadiths and quotations narrated from the Prophet - may Allah bless him and grant him peace - in joking and kindness with his family and his companions - may Allah be pleased with them all. It reveals to us an important aspect of his character and his virtues and presents to us images of his companionship، mercy and great morals which prompted me to choose this book to be verified، in addition to my eagerness to supplement the library of the Prophet’s Sunnah with this nice and important book with its topic. The book has a special importance among the books of "Al'Arbaenat" (Forties) that scholars have looked after in the past and present، because it is a collection of hadiths that relate to prophetic ethics - which is joking - because you can only find those who collected them in one place - according to what I have read - in this book. The author had his own method of authoring and attributing for references، explaining strange terms، the method of narrating and summarizing hadiths، and mentioning the benefits. There are also some methodological scholarly shortcomings on the author that I mentioned in the study section
