Jurisprudential Choices By Omar Bin Omar Al-Zuhri Al-Hanafi (Died: 1079 A.H.) (Washing provisions) From His Book "Al- Jawahir Al- Nafisa in the Explanation of Al- Dura Al- Munifa"

Abstract

In the name of Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful، The prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). After yet The purity is one of the most important things that urged by the principles of slam and our true religion. It is also one of the pillars of Islam. This research، the jurisprudential choices of Omar bin Omar" Al-Zahra Al-Haifa in his book "Al-Jawahir Al Naïfs fi Sharh Ad- Durra Al-Munifa "، where the first topic dealt with the life of the author، may Allah have mercy on him and Book-to-author attribution and the reason of composing. The second topic is about matters concerning to "washing provisions". My method in this study is an inductive method. I mentioned each issue within a study plan and explained the sayings of the jurists in it and their evidence from the Qur’an and the pure Sunnah، and expressed the most correct opinion from the sayings of the jurists. Praise be to Allah، firstly and finally and ask him to benefit us what we have written.
