The Jurisprudential Choices of Zain Al-Din Al-Munaji Al-Hanbali (T.: 695 H) in his book Al-Mumti’ fi Sharh Al-Muqni’ wiping door Comparative study
Abstract
Praise be to God, who taught us what we did not know and made knowledge for us light and understanding and after:
In this research, I traced issues in wiping compared to other schools of thought, relying on the evidence of Sharia, the Holy Qur’an, the Prophet’s Sunnah, consensus and analogy, then the sayings of the jurists. The duration of wiping over the slippers and wiping over the turban. As for the conclusion, the results that I have reached are mentioned.
And Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds
