Abstract

This study examines how Islamic Shari'ah facilitates exceptional situations, like those faced by Gazans under Zionist aggression. It explores the principle "Necessities Permit Prohibitions," allowing exceptions such as tayammum, adapted prayer, and consuming prohibited food in emergencies. The study analyzes Shari'ah rulings on these issues, with a focus on Gaza's context, and includes an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.
