Abstract

research، I dealt with the psychological motives of joy among the Abbasid Mosulian poet Al-Sari Al-Rafa'a. I touched on the most important psychological motives that helped to grow and emerge joy and pleasure، including gospel، singing، rapture and wine، which had an important aspect in the poet's joy and forgetting his worries and sorrows، and among these motives are laughter and play ... Although the poet's life was full of worries، sorrows، crying، anxiety، turmoil and poverty of life in his poems that had control over his psyche، but there was an important and significant aspect in his diwan that showed joy، pleasure، happiness and joy. Joy is one of the inner workings of the human mind that helps to produce the literary and creative work of Abbasid poetry.
