Jurisdictional Issues with Two Opinions Among the Shafi'i School in the Book "Al-Bayan" by Al-Imrani (d. 558 AH) Regarding Issues Related to Defects and Intention in Sacrifice and Their Impact on Contemporary Fatwas

Abstract

This research talks about the two aspects in the book Al-Bayan in the doctrine of Imam Shafi’i (may God have mercy on them), and it is one of the most important Shafi’i books as it specializes in mentioning the aspects. Imam Al-Omrani (may God have mercy on him) took care of this work and scrutinized its expressions, as it is a Shafi’i book, and I will mention in this research the issues. The controversy in the Book of Sacrifice consists of three issues. The research included: the introduction and two sections. In the first section, the life of Imam Al-Omrani (may God have mercy on him) was mentioned briefly and his approach in the book.
