The Jurisprudential Issues In Which Two Aspects Were Mentioned By The Shafi’is In "Al-Bayan" Book By Al-Omrani (558 AH) On “The Condition Of Entering The Time For Prayer” A Comparative Jurisprudential Study

Abstract

 This research explains the issues in which there are two aspects of the Shafi'i in one of the conditions of prayer, which is "the entry of time" through "Al-Bayan" Book of Imam Al-Omrani, may Allah have mercy on him. It is considered one of the important books in the Shafi'i school of doctrine. I talked about these issues in the form of comparative jurisprudence with the rest Considerable Islamic schools. I have made this research involve two topics with an introduction and a conclusion. The first topic included two sections, the first: in the life of Imam Al-Omrani, and the second: in the approach of Imam Al-Omrani in his book Al-Bayan, while the second topic is in some issues that have two sides in the condition of entering time, and it has three sections.
