The poetic image and its rhetorical and critical impact on al-Khansa' between ignorance and Islam, a balancing study

Abstract

:Al-Khansa is one of the glorious poets, who excelled in producing expressive images through the abundance of meaning and the quality of casting and their impact on the souls of the recipients, especially that she is one of the owners of lamentations and that her poetry was distinguished by the agony of loss, crying and wailing, then patience and crying after her conversion to Islam, as we see the Islamic meanings flowing in her poems to show What was reported about the effect of the light of faith in her heart.

The aim of choosing the topic is to show the impact of poetic images by dealing with rhetorical and sensual ones between the two eras (pre-Islamic and Islamic); To find out the most prominent differences between them, and is there a difference that Islam has made in its systems of poetry? I have chosen some poetic models that pertain to the two eras in order to put the recipient in front of two poetic readings of two different eras.

The reason for my choice of the topic is because none of the researchers touched on this study with regard to (the rhetorical and critical impact on the formation of the image among the Khansa between ignorance and Islam, a balanced study), although it has accompanied two eras that have passed centuries ago, but after reading and scrutiny, I found that I mix between the two eras To extract the best and most beautiful rhetorical and sensual images, so I balance them to see the impact that Islam had on her poetry.

I recommend the researchers to study a veteran poet who lived in the pre-Islamic and Islamic eras. To find out the richness of his poetic production between the two eras and to find out the most beautiful meanings and the most influential ones in the hearts of the readers, while not neglecting the interpretations, conclusions and recommendations that open new horizons for researchers
