      This research is concerned with the method of transliteration and its impact on guiding the meanings and rulings of Ibn Yaish (643 AH), the importance of this research in that it is related to the issues of transliteration that refer to her son in explaining the meanings, and the study of words with similar and different meanings, a study of what is in its inflection unlike the well-known of The grammatical rules in some of the issues that Naish explained to us in his book, and the nature of the research necessitated his study of the research. And the other structures, as well as in the difference between building (laden, and at) in terms of syntax and construction And in the difference between (when and if) in constructs, as for the second topic, the discussion came about the expressions of expressions, which included topics, the most important of which was what came about the difference in the expression of the excluded between negation and affirmation, as well as the difference between the excluded with (except), And (other), to permit the coming of the conclusion and the most important results, then the list of sources and references.
