Deduction of the fundamentalists in the noble verse (122) of Surat Al-Tawbah
Abstract
This research aims to extrapolate the reasoning of fundamentalists by the verse 122 of the Holy Qura’an(122) The researcher collected twenty issues in various fundamentalist investigations. Fundamentalists inferred their sayings on these issues with this noble verse, so he freed the place of disagreement in them, then mentioned the most important sayings, indicating the way of their deduction with the noble verse from their books, and their discussion of that reasoning, if any. The most important findings of the study is: that the fundamentalists in their various approaches were keen to infer what they go to in the Great Qur’an; and this noble verse was a evidence to that. The researcher looked at several issues from different perspectives, starting with the introductions of their books on issues of defining jurisprudence, and the necessity of seeking knowledge, to the end of those books in the topics of ijtihad, imitation and fatwa. All of which were inferred by the fundamentalists with this verse, and most of their reasoning areas were in the topics of Sunnah, ijtihad and imitation. The researcher has found that some issues differed fundamentalists in the sense of verse indication depending on the different meaning of interpreters in its meaning, and hence, the two differing may infer the noble verse of their words, so that the evidence is one and the way of inference is different.
