Permissibility of two faces in the use of some verbs and letters in the book (Irtshif Al Dharb by Abi Hayyan Al-Andalusi) (745 AH)

Abstract

This study revolves around what came in the book (Ertishaf AlDharb from Lisan Al-Arab) by Abo Hayyan Al-Andalusi (745 AH), in which the two aspects are permissible in the use of some verbs and letters from the grammatical point of view. A doctrine with a statement of the evidence of each aspect coupled with linguistic preference among the grammarians or what came out of my personal opinion with the inclusion of the evidence in the sayings of the scholars or the considered texts, ancient and modern. In this research, I tried to highlight the most important two permissible aspects of each grammatical issue that came within the framework of the study in a book: Ertishaf AlDharb from Lisan Al-Arab .
