Tawdheef Al Shahid Al Qurani in the Binary letters in the “Al-Fidhah Al Modheeh Fi Sharah Al Shathrah Al Thahabia of Ibn Zaid Al-Ateki (D. 870 AH)
Abstract
This research deals with the study of the employment of Ibn Zayd Al-Atki, the Qur’anic witness, in the chapter of actions in his book “The Al-Fidhah Al Modheeh”, in which he explained the text of “The Al Shathrah Al Thahabia” by Abu Hayyan Al-Andalusi “d. 745 AH”. It is no secret to the seeker of knowledge that the Qur’anic witness is the highest and most powerful source of hearing in the Arabic language, as it is the irrefutable argument in protest and martyrdom. This research is concerned with Ibn Zayd’s inference with the Qur’anic evidence in terms of using them to prove the rules that he adopts, or to support and strengthen one of the sayings that he makes and invokes, as it is concerned with the guidance of scholars from those who preceded Ibn Zayd and those who came after those evidence, and their directives and their responses and objections; To find out from all of that the extent of the accuracy of Ibn Zayd's employment of these evidence in light of those grammatical differences on the one hand, and the multiplicity of aspects on which some of the evidence is extracted on the other hand
