Endowment problems and their solutions in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq, an analytical study

Abstract

This research is part of a doctoral thesis under the title (Managing Endowments Funds in the Kurdistan Region - An Applied Jurisprudence Study), and this research deals with the issue of endowment problems in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq, by explaining its administrative reality and shedding light on administrative, social, economic, and legal problems and shortcomings. And then it presented a number of proposals and solutions necessary to fill those administrative and economic shortcomings that exist, and this issue, although it is a doctrinal and legal issue as well as an economic and administrative issue related to endowment revenues and how to manage and disburse them to serve the competent authorities, and that the absence of a law for the management of endowments in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq, it gives another importance to the research; Through this research, it is possible to lay the foundation stone for the legislation of a special law for the management of endowment funds, taking into account the legal aspect in order to preserve the interest of endowment properties, and the conditions and objectives of the endowment.
