The Jurisprudential Choices Of The Scholar Ibn Al-Aqrab Al-Hanafi (D 774 Ah) In Ablution From His "Kitabuh Al-Ri'aya Fi Tajrid Masay'il Al-Hidaya" And Its Impact On The Fatwas Of The Contemporaries - A comparative study-
Abstract
This research deals with the choices of Ibn Al- Aqrab al-Hanafi (774 AH) in the chapter on ablution from his book "Kitabuh Al-Ri'aya Fi Tajrid Masay'il Al-Hidaya". And it is the condition for the validity of the prayer. There is no prayer for one who does not have ablution. The research included after the introduction, two topics and a conclusion. In the introduction I talked about the importance of the research and the reason for my choice and methodology. As for the first topic, it was bibliography of Ibn al-Aqrab personally and scientifically, and it included two sections, the first: for his personal life, and the second: for his scientific one. Washing the hands to the elbows and the feet to the ankles. In the conclusion I mentioned the most important results, praise be to God
