The Research Title Provisions for the retention and intensification of rainfall combined with gusty winds and lightning strikes (comparative doctrinal study)

Abstract

Abstract :The glue Islamic Sharia has motivated people to look at and contemplate the surroundings of cosmic assets and the provisions that are timely legislated the moment some cosmic phenomena, such as the retention of rain, the intensification of its descent, storms, and the descent of lightning strikes occur. These provisions differ according to the type of phenomenon, so that some obedience is desired to be close to Allah when retaining rain, such as forgiveness and bringing out charity and apostasy prayers, which gathered scholars on its legitimacy. The scholars disagreed in their judgments as the rain intensified, and some scholars went to the legitimacy of prayer. And the others said prayers only, and in the intensification of winds and warning, so the Prophet Muhammad had to follow in his footsteps. In what he was doing, there was a difference between the wings of scholars in the judgement of prayer when the wind intensified; those who said prayer and those who said not to pray when the wind intensifies.
