THE FIQH OF MUHAMMAD BIN SHUJA’A AL-BAGHDADI IN PERSONAL STATUS AND TRANSACTIONS
A COMPARATIVE STUDY
Abstract
Thank God, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and prayers be upon his faithful Messenger and all his companions, but after that: God blessed us with many blessings, including the many jurists who did their best to know the judgment that God wanted and they were the heirs of the prophets, which obliged the students of science to revere, honor them, pray for them and mention their virtue, for their scientific legacy enriched us from research and investigation in many sections of science, Therefore, I chose a scientific figure to be the orbit of my scientific research this year, and my choice was on one of the sciences of Hanafi jurisprudence and its applicants, namely the jurist Mohammed bin Shujaa al-Baghdadi (181-266 Ah), and because of the many issues in which he said, divided into three researches, my share of which was his jurisprudence in personal situations and transactions, so I called him (the jurisprudence of Muhammad bin Shuja al-Baghdadi in personal situations and transactions - a comparative doctrinal study), and the study after his life included the following issues: 1. The sanctity of the wife's mother in the contract or by entering? 2. Death of hunting before the ability to slaughter it. 3. Require a condition option with the appointment option. 4. Ladder in boneless meat. 5. The impact of the hymn on the justice of witnesses. 6. The referendum of the punk jurist. 7. Take sugar in the river. The research proved that it was nicknamed Snowy relative to his great-grandfather Snow bin Omar ibn Abdul Manaf, and it was said: "The title of snow is a locality in Baghdad where snow is sold and the first is more likely, and some of them call it Balkhi and it is inaccurate. The research also proved the scientific status of Muhammad bin Shujaa, and some scholars retribution on him because he was thrown into retirement, perhaps at the beginning of his life, and then repented and repented,Al-Dhahabi says in the history of Islam: «... He concluded his doctrine in matters, and his opinion was in accordance with most of the issues I studied, and I mentioned the virtue of a great scholar of jurisprudence, the Qur'an and piety, to get rid of his useful knowledge, but what he attributed to him, God knows.
