Abstract

This is a comparative jurisprudence study on the choices of Imam Ibn al-Aqbal al-Hanafi in the Book of Care in Abstracting Issues of Guidance according to the Hanafis, (d. 774 AH). This research is organized into an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion.
