Abstract

Praise be to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon His Messenger. This research is entitled (Rulings Of Harassing In Islamic Jurisprudence, Chapter On Acts Of Worship). I dealt with this research in order for the Muslim to be aware of the legal rulings related to these issues, and I dealt with the definition of immolation in terms of language and terminology, as well as the evidence for its legitimacy. From the Qur'an and Sunnah The pure Prophet and the jurisprudential rulings related to it. The research included three sections and six topics. First topic mentioned the definition of Harassing and its legitimacy. Second  topic mentioned its legality from the Holy Qur’an and the pure Prophetic Sunnah. Third topic mentioned the issues of Harassing in Worship Rules, and it contains two topics, first mentions the burial in the cemetery, and second mentions zakat on "Hashish". Third topic mentioned the issues of crowding in the Two Holy Mosques, and there are two topics, the first mentions the crowding in the Great Mosque of Mecca, and the second requirement mentions the crowding in the "Al-Madina Al-Munawara" mosque, and finally the conclusion and mentioned the most important results, then the sources and references, what was right is from Allah and what was wrong is from myself and Satan Oh Allah, blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.
