Abstract

The research deals with the organization of personal matters, and it discusses the book of marriage and divorce, inheritance and wills, which are personal matters of man, as marriage came to the perpetuation of mankind, as there must be procreation and there is no way for it except by meeting a man and a woman, and if they meet without control, the rule of man will be like beasts. Organizing dealing with physical attacks, for man is honored by God Almighty, and harming him is forbidden, and killing him is one of the greatest sins.
