Abstract

Research Summary

This research aims to clarify what Imam al-Shafi’i (may God have mercy on him) vaguely understands about him from his elders in his Musnad. Many times Imam al-Shafi’i says, “Trust me” or tell me from “I do not accuse” or about “a man” in his narrations, nor  He calls it and the research an attempt by the researcher to find out about this ambiguity and to know the meaning of Imam al-Shafi’i (may God have mercy on him) from that, and to verify the sayings of these sheikhs, and to know the position of scholars in accepting documentation on the opacity or not
