The purpose of saving money in the Musnad of Abu Ya’la al-Musali (application models)
Abstract
The science of objectives shows us the ruling and meanings in the Shari’a rulings that achieve the people’s interest in their lives and their dealings, and that the Shari’a rulings were established to achieve the purposes of its mission in bringing interests and guarantees. Which people lose to embarrass them and cause hardship, then the ameliorative purposes that complete the necessary and necessary purposes, and by losing them, the defect will inevitably be in the necessary and required purposes. For this reason, God has prescribed laws for his servants that serve their worldly interests and the hereafter. Through the circulation of the texts of the Qur’an and Sunnah, we find many texts that explain how to preserve money on the one hand Existence through investing, writing, and so on, as well as preserving money from a part of nothingness, by prohibiting the theft of money, including those who destroyed it, and the penalties for those who abuse the money of others and others. In my research I dealt with this definition of the purposes of Sharia, its authority and its divisions, and the definition of money and ways to save it, then I dealt with one model for each of the three types of purposes, and the research concluded with the results it reached in this important aspect of an important part of the science of jurisprudence.
