Abstract
It is also not hidden from the hadith scholars the importance of al-jarh and al-ta’deel in memorizing and maintaining the hadiths of the Prophet from the hadiths that are extraneous to the Prophetic Sunnah. In proportion to its condition of acceptance or response, but the imams sometimes answer the questioner by pointing, including moving the head. The extent of the injury of the scholar who moved his head when asked about that narrator, so was the imam right or wrong?
Perhaps one of the most important scholars who answered by moving the head was Imam Shuba bin Al-Hajjaj who died in 198 AH, Imam Yahya bin Saeed al-Qattan died in 198 AH, Imam Ali bin Al-Madini died in 234 AH, Imam Abu Zara’a Al-Razi died in 264 AH, and Imam Abu Zara’a Al-Razi died in the year 234 AH. and others .
